I’m Sean. A down-to-earth, neuro-spicy, bald-headed guy who somehow turned taking photos into a full-time job.

Photography for me has never been about perfection or stiff poses that feel like a Year 10 formal. It’s about making people feel comfortable enough to actually be themselves. Forgetting the camera is even there. The best moments usually happen in between the “perfect” ones anyway.

I’m a fun-loving, quick-witted photographer who’ll probably throw in a cheeky dad joke if the moment calls for it. You’ve been warned. With over 5 years behind the lens, I’ve made it my mission to capture the raw, emotional, beautifully chaotic moments that actually matter.

Originally from South Africa and now soaking up the Aussie sun since 2023, although I’m probably the only person in Sydney who never complains about a rainy, cloudy day. I’m a winter person through and through.

Over the last few years, I’ve had the chance to explore incredible places, meet amazing people, and chase stories that feel real. Weddings and lifestyle photography are where I feel most at home, but at the end of the day, I just love creating photos that feel human.

I’m not interested in turning people into polished versions of themselves that don’t even feel real. I want your photos to look like you. Your relationship. Your people. Your weird little in-between moments.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me dramatically singing Lana Del Rey for no reason, getting way too hyped listening to the Vengaboys, or rewatching Grace and Frankie for the hundredth time. Frankie is hands down my favourite. She reminds me a little of myself. Warm, kind, slightly chaotic, says the occasional inappropriate thing, but always leads with heart and knows what actually matters.

So if you’re after someone who’ll make you feel relaxed, capture your story with heart, and maybe swap foodie recommendations over a post-shoot coffee, I think we’ll get along just fine.
